Suggested Dilution Range:

1:100-1:500 for IHC

1:1000-1:10,000 for western blotting with ECL substrates

Storage Buffer:PBS, pH 7.4,Bovine Serum Albumin as Stablizer and 50%Glycerol.

Specificity: The antibody reacts with the Fc portion of mouse IgMheavy chain but not with other mouse IgG subclasses immunoglobulins. The antibody minimal cross-reaction with bovine, horse, human serum proteins, but it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
